Keith Oh
Performance Coach
Keith Oh, a U.S. Army Veteran, serves as an Assistant Coach for SportJudo. He served in the U.S. Army as an Aviation Officer after graduating from the United States Military Academy, West Point. Keith was a UH-60 Black Hawk pilot and served in Korea and Afghanistan. After his military career, he settled in Northern Virginia with his family and joined SportJudo.
He started his Judo career at a young age with San Francisco Judo Institute (SFJI) where his passion and love developed for the sport and discipline of Judo. He was fortunate to reach the top rank as a U.S. Junior by winning the U.S. Junior Nationals, U.S. Junior Olympics, and High School Nationals in 1995. He attended San Jose State University (SJSU) for a year where he trained with some of the top Judo coaches and competitors in the nation. After a year at SJSU, he was accepted into United States Military Academy where he led the Judo team as the captain.
Keith is a Judo fanatic and loves giving back to Judo by volunteering his time to coach and mentor Judokas at all levels. He has three daughters, Lily, Bella, and Kaylee, who are all proud members of the SportJudo family. Lily, his oldest daughter, was the 2021 Jr. U.S. Olympic Champion.
